Labor Caucus Announces Largest Ever Membership, New Task Forces
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congressional Labor Caucus Co-Chairs Representatives Debbie Dingell (MI-06), Steven Horsford (NV-04), Donald Norcross (NJ-01), and Mark Pocan (WI-02) announced that the Labor Caucus has reached its highest ever membership with 123 Members in the 119th Congress (a 19-member increase from the 118th Congress), as well as the Caucus’ launch of new, sector-focused task forces.
“This new milestone in Labor Caucus membership demonstrates that the mission of our Caucus – fighting for working people in the halls of Congress – is more relevant today than ever before. With a historic number of Labor Caucus members, we look forward to redoubling our efforts to advance a pro-worker, pro-union policy agenda,” said the Co-Chairs.
“We are also excited to announce the creation of several new task forces to continue expanding our Caucus’ work. These task forces, led by our Vice-Chairs, will lead the Caucus’ efforts focused on workers in particular economic sectors.”
