Labor Caucus Co-Chairs Statement on Arrest of SEIU California President David Huerta

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressional Labor Caucus Co-Chairs Reps. Debbie Dingell (MI-06), Steven Horsford (NV-04), Mark Pocan (WI-02), and Donald Norcross (NJ-01) released the following statement on the arrest of SEIU California President David Huerta:

“The violent arrest and assault of SEIU California President David Huerta is unacceptable. David was unnecessarily targeted for exercising his constitutional rights and standing in solidarity with workers. We stand with David and call for all charges against him to be dropped.”
