Labor Caucus Endorses Congressional Staff Unionization Effort

WASHINGTON, DC — Labor Caucus Co-Chairs Representatives Debbie Dingell (D-MI), Steven Horsford (D-NV), Donald Norcross (D-NJ), Mark Pocan (D-WI) Linda Sánchez (D-CA), and Tom Suozzi (D-NY) issued the following statement in support of the efforts to allow congressional staff the right to organize:
“The Congressional Labor Caucus was founded to help protect and promote the right to organize across the country – this includes congressional staff. Congress cannot run without its staff, and we stand in solidarity with all those who make this institution work. We support their right to organize and their work to make Capitol Hill a better workplace for all.”
